Dr Oscar Concessao, director at OCI Architects, Chennai, is an accomplished building professional and speaker. He obtained his B Arch in 1986 from REC Tiruchirapalli (NIT), and M Arch (Urban Design) in 1987 from the University of Oklahoma, USA. He did his advanced professional studies from Harvard University in 1992, specialising in Research Labs & Hospital design. In 2008 he completed his doctoral studies in Modern Architecture. His long list of recognitions and awards includes the most recent Outstanding Achievers Award, IADF 2011 and 6 National AICA Awards in 2012.

Gaurav Bajaj, a management post graduate from Symbiosis, is the DGM-Sales & Marketing at Hettich India. He joined the company as area sales manager-Tamil Nadu & Kerala in 2002. Bajaj has fourteen years of rich experience in the hardware & fittings industry and has consistently delivered high performance in various roles ranging from regional manager-Delhi Region, zonal manager–North & East, and as head projects–all India.

Mario Schmidt, UWDMA
Born and educated in Germany, Mario Schmidt has achieved master's craftsmanship in technology of windows & doors, as well as a degree in economics. He has been working with multi-chambered uPVC profiles since 1994. Since 2006 he has been steering Lingel Windows as its director, and has established the company as a reliable window fabricator in India. He is the treasurer and head of the technical department at the industry association UWDMA.

Col Amit Sehgal (Retd) joined Ozone in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, and has been instrumental in building the company into one of the leading architectural hardware firms in India.
